Citadel 25mm WF4 Spaced-out Druid

Part of the WF 'Weird Fantasy' range from 1982.New pictures, but I have posted before.

Citadel 25mm FTD13 'The Dwarf with no name'

This miniature from 1981 was released as part of the Fantasy Tribe Dwarfs range, but was later released as (probably more logically) WF11 by RAFM. He is based on Clin't Eastwood's famous character from 'The good, the bad, and the ugly', and I took a few pointers from that when choosing his colour scheme. I finished him this week, 35 years after I bought him.

Citadel 25mm WF3 The Complete Adventurer

The phrase goes "Everything but the kitchen sink". Our hapless adventurer goes one better. I have found this miniature daunting almost since it came out in 1981, but I finally finished it this week. Part of the Weird Fantasy (WF) range.

Citadel 25mm WF9 Angus the Aardvark

This isn't my paintjob. I sort of, uh, inherited him.

Citadel 25mm WF7 Aardvark barbarian conversion

Just a weapon swap really, so a spear has replaced his broken axe. For those who aren't familiar, he's based on Dave Sim's excellent Cerebus the Aardvark

Citadel 25mm WF2 Aerial Servant

This miniature dates from 1982, although he has had a touch-up since then. He graced the GW Sheffield cabinet for some years.

Citadel 25mm WF4 Spaced-Out Druid

Another of the Weird Fantasy range, here's the Spaced Out Druid

Citadel 25mm WF1 Kindly Old Wizard

One of the Weird Fantasy range, a limited edition of comedy figures. This miniature's 'schtick' is the fact that he's holding a sword behind his back - in original D&D, wizards could only carry a dagger or a staff. Note the scabbard has 'DAGGER' written on it.
This figure sold many copies of itself whilst sitting in the cabinet at GW Sheffield, back in the early days.
