Made from a plastic cyberman, a pair of RTB01 Marine arms and a ball bearing for the helmet. His arms are too big, but that's because they're scavenged parts that have been integrated into his suit.

Citadel 28mm F2 Lords of Battle - Luigi

I posted before about this miniature, but the photos weren't up to much, so here's a revision. The shield is metal, these preceded the more common plastic ones with a hole to fit on the boss of the miniature.
