Shapeways (a well established 3D-printing house) print and deliver to your door. The cost is about £18 per miniature, but upon receiving these to paint as a commission from a friend, I could see that they were worth it. There are very few printing issues, and I'm very impressed with the amount of detail present. Here they are:
