Citadel 28mm Rogue Trader Dark Elf space trooper

This was another of the 40k prototype miniatures from 1987, as detailed on stuff of legends (http://solegends.com/citrt/1st40kreleases.htm). He's a dark elf space trooper, and looks to be the work of Bob Naismith.
