Well you wouldn't want to meet one of these down a dark alley at night would you? Another hit from the RuneQuest Demons box. I can't remember Demons featuring heavily in RuneQuest to be honest - I know this was used more than once in Chaosium's other Demon-heavy RPG, Stormbringer.
