Citadel 28mm C25 Minotaurs - Titus Oxbreath

Another one of my long half-painted miniatures reaches completion. This particular release of C25 Minotaurs from 1987 had separate heads. The body is Egen Oxbreath, and the head is from Titus Twinblades.

Age of wonders 40mm Battlelore knight - a.k.a. Hairy Growler

I received this sample Battlelore miniature from the Age of Wonders stand at Essen SPIEL on one of my relatively recent visits, but it was the addition of a character to our DnD party that prompted his painting. Bluey skin and an impressive stature mark Hairy Growler out as a Goliath.

Citadel 25mm Spacefarers S38 Imperial Marine officer with laser pistol

The Spacefarers range had its own set of miniatures rules, drawn heavily from Bryan Ansell's 'Laserburn' set. These are the first space marines that Citadel made, though they are tiny compared to today's offerings.
