Released around 1987, this was viewable in the figure cabinet at GW Dalling Road, Hammersmith.

He's green and he's mean. I found him suitable for a mantis clan member in Legend of the five rings. I believe Wargames foundry still produce these fine miniatures.

I think it will only be a matter of time before Forgeworld re-release all of these designs in updated form. Looks somewhat like a Thanatar siege-automata, no?

Citadel C01 Fighters - Samurai with bow

I really enjoyed painting this one at the time. I believe it was a one-off test, and was incorporated into the C01 fighters series.

The armour is from the Heian period

Approaching

A minor disadvantage of using magnets that were too weak. This can be resolved by using two magnets in a deeper hole, or doubling up on the base.
